    The cord that attaches it to the egg has a blood vessel that runs along side it. It could also be trailing the u absorbed yolk ask and the cord with blood and the abdomen could be closed you have to look really good with clean hands to see if it's closed or not.

    Oh no it's probably intestines you can try to gently push them on the hole in its abdomen that most likely isn't closed. Put Neospirin and tape or super glue the hole shut.

    Oh no like it's guts are hanging out? I can't make out the picture very good on my phone. If it's just the cord it might make it, I see blood in there, if it's the cord bleeding you can tie it in a knot or pinch and hold to stop bleeding.

    The Turner is nice, if you're getting readings between 45-70% I would just assume that it's in the middle of the two so that 60% reading is probably the most accurate, I had both windows dripping with condensation on them in the 60+ range. Which is bad!

    I just about had it dialed in this last hatch going totally dry, then 40% with sponges and both plugs in day 1-18. And putting it in the basement. However when I let the broody do it she hatched all the eggs no hassles! I don't hatch much so I don't need an incubator, TG!
