    I'm not 100% positive that it is crowing. But it is very different from the other noises they make. I guess squawking is what they do when a large bird is flying over? That's very different too . ps. my camera doesn't take a clear picture today.

    If it is a cockerel, I can take him back to the breeder. But I love the color, so I hope it's a pullet. And he/ she is really sweet.

    I bought 4 pullets about 9 weeks ago. They are all about the same age. The red cochin started to crow yesterday morning.
