    Black Mottled Orpingtons

    How do you breed black mottled orpingtons? Genetics? How do you set up your breeding pen? I just want to make sure I'm not missing something? Thanks

    Shipped Chick has Belly button issue

    I picked up chicks this morning from the post office. All look great except this one has a hard ball that looks to be in the belly button area. It is below the vent. I have not done anything to aide it. What is it? What should I do? Thank you

    SOP wise how are these Black Copper Marans looking?

    Looking for input on my BCM. I am new to the Black Copper Marans breed but these are my 2 favorites. My goal is to work towards SOP and dark egg layers. The pullets egg is a beautiful color. They were hatched Sept 2020. Mostly wondering if they are good breeding stock. Thanks
