    Yes. I am new to this breed, but my son wants to raise them for the fair. Only one is tuffted and a couple tailless. We are really enjoying them!

    I had one egg hatch on day 22. One more started, but died. I figured out now that my thermometer was off and the incubator was a couple degrees cooler than I thought all along.     I'm not sure what color. It is grey and white mixed now. The eggs came from a flock of mixed colors, so it will be a surprise I guess? I am not real familiar with silkies, so don't know the different colors they can be.
