I had one egg hatch on day 22. One more started, but died. I figured out now that my thermometer was off and the incubator was a couple degrees cooler than I thought all along. Is there any hope for the rest of the eggs or should I just give up on them now? It is day 23.

I'm not sure what color. It is grey and white mixed now. The eggs came from a flock of mixed colors, so it will be a surprise I guess? I am not real familiar with silkies, so don't know the different colors they can be.
I posted a picture of the little one! It is so cute! I was disappointed to get home and find no more hatched and one had started and was dead. I don't know what went wrong. But it has been a long time since i"ve done this and it is a borrowed incubator. I am not giving up on the rest of the eggs...
