    I brought her inside all day (cool room) prompted fluids / melon etc and just taken her outside this evening she seems to have perked up and eaten a little, it might have been heatstroke, thanks for your replies

    cheers, i think ur right about being a pullet, i wouldnt mind but the lady promised me a cockerel twice and given me girls each time, the first was a bantam light sussex and i was presented with an egg when i got her home and opened up her box
