You can try putting vaseline or coconut oil on his comb to keep it moist and to help prevent more damage. Make sure his comb isnt close to the roof when he is perching at night and make sure the coop is warm and dry . Other than that there isnt much to to.
I hope so. Im not a ducklig expert, but I have had alot of chicks like this and they all pulled through with a little time and attention. So all I can think to do is give him lots of love and try to keep him warm (dont fry him) and give him some sugar water and stuff that has that energy burst...
