Try an electronic rodent zapper. It emits a high voltage shock that kills most rodents. Either use electric hook up or batteries. Don't leave in rain.

Rats of pack rats will do this. Rats will live near or under chicken (duck) coop and come out to feast on feed or meat during day or night. Might check it out.

My little bird that I posted about is just fine now. Intensive care, Poly-Vi-Sol Multivitamins[no iron] and real maple syrup. Someone recommended the maple syrup, it worked! I believe it is a stress problem created with the environment they're in.

I have the exact problem with my 5 wk. old chick. She is black just like the one posted. I don't believe it is Wry neck or anything listed in the diseases. The chick buries her head under her body, walks backwards in a tizzy and then comes to her senses. I feel sorry for her! Answers for me...
