Has anyone had this happen? I never planted tomatoes, but I feed my girls leftover tomatoes from time to time. I'm assuming that's where these plants came from? At any rate, I have found four now growing aside my coop. I dug them up and put them in my gardening beds. This should be interesting...

I have only two hens, and was told by a friend who raises chickens we wouldn't have a need for a nest box. They just lay in the same corner, works just fine.

I have considered it yes. I couldn't do it myself. I might have a friend that possibly would. I will look into it as an option if I have to.
