    Help! My Rooster tried to attack me!

    You might try a garbage can lid to protect your face. I had to protect myself a few weeks ago and chased my Rooster around until he finally backed down. I just used the lid from my metal garbage can that stores some of my shred.

    Yes that is what is going on. The old girls won't let them in, they are being mean to the younger ones. In fact It seems like the top of the pecking order sends out her 2nd in command to run the young ones off. Did your neighbors birds ever let the young ones in? Any suggestions?

    Thank you for the reply. I think that is what I will have to do. We tried closing the door that goes out to the run. Leaving only the stall open to the coop ( the young ones stay up a little later) That turned out to be a mistake because I went out there about 1/2 hour ago and they were outside...
