    Oh my, I'm really not sure at all since I'm not much of an expert. If the vet said to leave her there for the weekend, it might be the best bet. Again, I'm not 100% sure but I'll send prayers and I hope she gets better :(

    I gave her a warm bath for around 10-15 minutes and I gave her a tum dissolved in water (since she wouldn't eat it orally) she ended up pooping out yolk and got better with the baths. I'm no expert but I'd say warm baths, broken tum and make sure to carefully remove egg shells near her vent...

    I don't think Mantis is trying to be mean - she lays down next to them and gently tries to go near and once shes close, she nibbles them. She's always been sweet but nibbles too hard. I wonder if after a day or so, she wont bite them as hard?

    Haha so Mantis, my 5-day old black east indie, seems to be my little problem child. I noticed her beak looked weird and after looking at it for a good minute, I noticed her bottom bill is longer than her top. Good news, her beak closes find and she eats and drinks fine.     Hi so my 4-day old black east indie has a small patch on her back that hasn't fluffed up. I'm not sure why and I was thinking once she starts swimming and gets wet that it'd fluff up once she dries off but just in case I'm posting it here.

    Sadly, the other call duck egg didn't make it. I'm not sure if anyone nearby is selling call ducklings her age but I have raised lone ducklings. Not what I want to do but may have to. Were gonna make sure to spoil her rotten!

    Baby did great while I was gone, my mom watched her for me! When I came home, both her eyes were open so I think her eye is okay hopefully!! I'll post pictures soon
