    i think it's to do with it being her first egg and i am 100% sure that both egg are hers (she's been hogging the nest box all day and seems alot happier now )

    Hi all, Lady Lay laid her first egg today, Well i needed to clean them out but the Whole time i was cleaning out the coop LL was going mad! She was squawking her brains out and kept pecking to get back in the Eglu! After i cleaned the coop out she ran straight back in and went in the nest...

    She laid her first egg today (it feels quite heavy too ) Here it is Next to a shop bought egg Lady Lay and yes i did do the Egg Dance EDIT: Here's A couple of pics of the eggs (the second egg is on the left)

    These are my First Girls, Lady Lay & Orakiah I think they are between 16 & 21 week? Orakiah has the smaller comb and LL has the bigger comb (and butt ) I've also posted some pics of their first free-range I have since replaced the feeder and drinker as they did't like to use them
