How to grow your own mealworms instructions

Probably because the thought of those wiggling in my hands freaks me out. Lol. I've been feeding them to my guineas and hens. I have used the mealworms to train the guineas and they go crazy to get them down the hatch as soon as possible. Main reason is for storage really. I'd rather have...

    Oregano oil for chickens

The oil of Oregeno that I use is made specifically for chickens and to be used in their water. It is not just an oil. It has emulsifiers in it that mixes with the water. My chickens love this stuff because they drink it right up. Bell & Evens which is a company that raises organic chickens for...

    Oregano oil for chickens

I ordered the poultry complete this afternoon. Thanks. I'll keep this post updated as to results of my hens. Dan, the distributor said to give stressed birds 24 cc's of the complete for 3 to 4 days. Then drop down to 12 cc's. It takes more because of the other ingredients. Unlike the plain oil...

    Oregano oil for chickens

The product I use states 6cc per gallon for the first 21 days and then 3cc thereafter. My chickens drink it like crazy. They love the water. It really works. 0.06 cc is not enough to make any difference. That's a tad bit over 1/2 cc?? That dosage wouldn't make any difference.

    Oregano oil for chickens

Hello, so you have to buy this from out of the country? That's why it cost so much. Mainly because of shipping. Is there not a US distributor? I'm going to get some of this. I like the extra ingredients. Better immunity. Thanks

    Apple Cider Vinegar Help???

Check her for mites. If she has mites or any biting lice they would make her tired. They suck her blood and that would cause her to be lethargic.

    Apple Cider Vinegar Help???

Why is she lethargic? What happened? ACV would help with worms etc. You would use Braggs ACV and put three tablespoons per gallon of water for three days. Braggs ACV has "The Mother" which is no filtered and awesome to take. To boost her energy you could use Rooster Booster which is a B12...
