    She seems to be able to see fine. She could have been pecked as we have some younger ones reaching maturity, her other eye is fine.

    Is this something I need to worry about? Will it fix itself? My guess is a swollen muscle but I've never seen something like this before.

    Yes like that. Also I should mention it is only the left foot. She is fine scratching with that one, but falls over and 'complains when trying to scratch with the other.
