Need Help Identifying What is Going On With My Girls Eye.

Is this something I need to worry about? Will it fix itself? My guess is a swollen muscle but I've never seen something like this before.

It looks like she has conjunctivitis, but something doesn’t look normal. Does she seem to be able to see out of the eye? Could she have been pecked or injured? I would flush the eye with saline or eye wash, and apply some Terramycin or Neosporin ointment twice a day. How does her other eye look?

She seems to be able to see fine. She could have been pecked as we have some younger ones reaching maturity, her other eye is fine.
