    Not sure what happened but chickens were all fine this morning, came to check them again and refill water and one my 3 month old hens has a spot on the top of her beak that is bleeding. What can/ should I do? Everyone else is fine and she is still drinking and eating.

    Trying to think ahead for winter... Where would be the best place in this coop to put a heat lamp or will they even need one? Winters in Colorado are weird and can be in the negatives one day and the 70s the next. We plan on putting straw in the nesting boxes.
