Enough space?

Hi all! I am looking into getting chickens again for the first time in years. I would be starting all over again. My old coop was an old she'd that was nice and big and we let our chicks roam around the yard. We have since moved and got a new dog. I am afraid to let them roam now since we they would have to share the small yard with the dogs. I am looking into a coop with a small attached run but I am not sure it is big enough for 4 chickens. It's is 40"x84"x57" is that enough room for them to have yard time?

Many dogs can be trained to share space with chickens. I always think more space is better, but that’s my opinion.

I would definitely want to build a bigger run sooner rather than later. As it is the run space fits 2 standard hens. Do you happen to have measurements for the coop part only?

The recommended minimums on here are 4 sq ft coop, 10 sq ft run per bird. With smaller units, every sq foot is even more important, as there's a lot less wiggle room.
