    The white one looks like my tetra tint.Most are white but some have that color on them.One of mine also have a black beak.

    Just my luck.I wanted white eggs.I now have 17 hens laying brown eggs. I was told they would lay white so I purchased 6 tetras and they are all laying brown. My husband will not eat brown eggs I don't know why . Hens anyone? lol

    Has anyone gotten brown eggs from tetras? Or mine something other .Tractor supply said they were tetras and they look like them only I am getting brown eggs.

    I have a year and half old hen that lays shellless eggs too. I give them layer, grit and oyster shell .Before the oyster shell she would do it daily now that I added the oyster shell its only a few times a week.So guess it helps.I don't know why she does it but she does.I been looking on all the...

    Lost chicken returned

    It worked .Taking the nasty hen away for a few days then put her back in the flock put her on the bottom of the pecking order and no more fights.

    I just got my first egg from my tetra tints. They just turned 16 wks so I didn't expect any this soon. I thought they were suppose to be white? Mine looks brown with lots of white spots and feels rough. I purchased them from tractor supply this year .Look at my egg pic and tell me what you think?

    I purchased the oyster shell and it hasn't helped. When I open the coop door in the morning all the chickens run out and every night the chicken who lays the egg without the shell looks like she cant make it back to the coop.Sometime I have to carry her its hard to explain she looks like shes...
