Thats very true and the only reason i have not asked the landlord about pet policies beyond dogs and cats is that i havnt moved in yet, i dont plan on bringing an animal into the house until me and my roommate are nice and settled in
whatever bird i get will be a pet, eggs will just be a small bonus whenever they come through i will be moving into Tulsa Oklahoma in the US, i did find that they have particular laws on outdoor chicken keeping but i couldnt find anything on chickens as indoor pets.
unfortunatly me and Doves dont mix too well, they make too much Dust, and while i love Tiels and Budgies i dont have the time or energy to keep them happy, healthy and enriched. Youre right about probably shouldnt have chickens, even seramas would probably need more space than i could provide...
