    So after the birds are butchered, what do you all do for the most tender meat? Leave on ice for a few hours, over night, refrigerate. How long before freezing should they rest?

    I wasn't using behaviour a characteristic. I was simply stating its behaviour is nothing like any rooster I have ever seen in my life at all.

    5 week 3 days old. I can see it looks like a male. But 100% acts like a female. Even has a big poof on the back above the tail feathers. But anyone have a clue on breed?

    I have a 4 week 4 day old Asian Black. It acts nothing like my black sex link roosters, same age. But it does have a slightly bigger comb then my other 2 Asian Blacks. But much smaller comb then the Sex links. Any idea?
