If I have a couple cornish rocks that are about a week old. how often should I be feeding them? Should they have constant food?

I Just bought 8 chicks 3 cornish-rocks for meat and 5 sussex for eggs. I had chickens and sold eggs when I was younger but I dont really remember how they raised them. I am very excited and I am glad I found this web site! I hope everyone can give me some good advice!!
