Hmm you think? I bought him from a gal who ordered straight from Porters, maybe she sorted wrong. In any case he's getting busy with the White, the Bronze mix and his Black gal this Spring. We shall see what the next generation brings.
Just recently acquired a white hen of unknown origin. She's in quarantine now but I'm wondering if I can breed her with my Mottled Black Tom? She doesn't seem to have the BBW figure so I'm thinking she's just a white.
Mine come with an exp date. I get them from Tasty worms which come from USA so I like the company, thinking about adding Black Soldier flies too. Can't stand raising em, ick factor too high!

My faves, excellent product and keeps chickens sealed for years! The turkey bags are super too and will hold up to a 40lb bird.
How many poults do you plan on hatching? lots!!! I hope to allow hens to brood. (Has anyone ever had a turkey hen hatch chicken eggs? Just curious.)
