Well, I'm 99.9% sure hes a male considering the green head and body coloring. I myself have two Rouens and I'm pretty sure he's not a Rouen. I'd say he's a khaki Campbell because his body has a brown tint to it but I don't have a khaki so I can't completely confirm it but he looks like it to me.
