    The one door is 3’x3’ it’s big for me to get in and sweep out clean etc... haha if I had more chickens I’d make it bigger for a walk-in

    Coop update Got a coat of paint on what’s done only thing left is nesting boxes , trim , run wire, and windows and all hinges etc... comming along nice for a first time chicken keepers the chicks still have another 3-4 weeks in the brooder

    So the opening for nesting boxes will be the area that is boxed in attatched to the coop with a hinge door and shingles also I plan on a gutter system for rain water feeder and yes I’m boxing in the whole run with wire not sure what to use yet though

    New to BYC!! Here is my 24’x12’ run being built , and custom coop for 5 buff orpingtons they are only 2 weeks old still have some work to do before they go to the coop, the chicks are in the garage in metal horse feeding bin.
