one of my chickens my have the pox......its all crusty and and looks like scabs....now my chicken cant open its eyes anymore so it cant see to eat...so now i have to hand feed it...is there any cure or anything to make it better??i dont want to kill it either...so give me any suggestions

i have a rooster and it just started limping. i dont know what happened to him because the day before it was fine and then the next day when i took him out to run around it was limping and can barely walk....can it be because i introduce a new rooster to my flock and can it be caused by them...
