This one is the one that I'm using for my project. and here are the left over chicks that Imma riase normally. My dad bought them at Mexico so I am pretty sure that they are a fighting breed. Four were brown with stripes and the other four were yellow.
All but one have finished hatching. The one that hasn't hatched is pretty close however. One egg didn't even pip yesterday and it hatched safely today It still has it's cord so I am guessing that I should leave it alone until its falls, right
I don't want to risk hurting it by candling it but its beak is moving and its chirping. I also made sure that I put more water into the reservoir to make sure the outer membrane is not as dry.
They are on day 21 right now. I get home around 5 pm and I hope that no complications arise. So far to my knowledge, there are only 2 eggs that have piped so by the time I get home, I hope to see some bigger changes.
