Hi there. For the almost year we've had this Ameraucana chicken we thought it was a hen but now we aren't too sure! She hasn't laid yet but I know they're late layers.
Here are a few pics. She looks almost identical to my other hen who is about one month older.

Thank you! No hissing but they both make adorable humming/trilling sounds especially after seeing the chickens when they haven't seen them for a bit! In your opinion -- since you both probably know more about them than I -- will they be happy not being able to hatch ducklings? I was hoping for...
