    I've been incubating indian runner ducks and it is now the 14th day, I haven't seen any movement for 2 days when candling and the egg seem to be getting significantly darker. Is this normal? Has the duckling died?

    I am going to get some fertile eggs to place under my two hens when they go broody. Does it matter if the eggs aren't the exact same age, eg if one is 7 days into fertility and another is 9 days. Also does it matter if they are the different breeds? Thanks
