    you have to decide if trying to fix it is humane, if you want to sew it, or supper glue it its worth a try, and give her antibiotics like amoxicillin, I have used supper glue to join a chickens skin on her back, but it might just prolong her suffering, its really up to you, sewing is maybe too...

    my young bronze turkey about 4 months I would guess (I was given her as a gift) was let out into the main pen with my adult red bourbon turkey and she attacked her, her head is all swollen and there are bubbles coming from her eye, I think its from being stamped and not an infection, any ideas?

    do you think if i put more ventalation in it would help stop the mites? do mites cause much harm to the hens? there are mainly brownish ones and a couple of red 1s so i suppose they suck blood! horrible things
