    Marylyn SLW and Ratchet GLW. I have two GC as well and the two pictured do not like us to touch them. My Goldens are very lovable wish these girls were. Still love them! Silly hens! The eggs they they are a very light brown and only lay every other day. Normal for this breed?

    Growing fodder for chickens

    Im not feeding as seeds. I wanted to soak them and make fodder. I would think the seed then is gone and the sprouts should be fine. Thoughts?

    I just purchased a 40 lb bag of thoroughbred barley. It is treated with fungicides. Can I use this?
