My rooster usually leaves me alone, mainly because my border collie nips him in the behind if he doesn't. However, he is quite mean to my husband and kids. My husband shoes him off with a big rake and that usually works.- scruga

Found an egg outside,not in nestbox
Mine are constantly laying outside. Yesterday I found 8 in various places and threw them out because I didn't know how old they were and it's been in the 100's in temp here for a couple of months. Now that I know where they're hiding places are, I know where to look from now on! My rule is 24...- scruga
