I think that the trick is to drink 4 oz of red wine with every meal - and since we are supposed to eat smaller but more frequent meals - that means 4 oz of red wine with every small meal - 6 or more small meals is the recommended number of meals. So - six 4 oz glasses of red wine a day sounds...
