I have some 6 week old chicks that are questionable in their gender. They are half buff brahma, 1/4 orphington and 1/8 jersey giant and 1/8 easter egger. One has white legs and is bigger than its sibling. One has yellow legs. I threw in a pick of their parents.
Do I have an olive egger? I have two hens I raised half some kind of easter egger half new jersey giant. They both started laying. I can tell their eggs apart. My gray hen lays the lighter green.
My black hen lays the slightly darker green.

Update! Sandora is def at hen. At 19 weeks she laid two eggs in one day. Both were a bit odd. One had no yolk and the other, well she did not know I suppose what happened. Because she laid on her roost, it got smashed. woops.
5 days later she laid another egg in her nesting box. Beautiful...
