    No really!!!!When I was a kid in the 70's they sold these little gray rocks or pebbles in a little box with a handle. Said Pet Rock on the side. Maybe it was a North Carolina thing.

    My dad would make them with a thin slice of onion on the bottom, little blue cheese, then stuff with corned beef, top with another dolop of blue cheese, onion slice, then cut a piece of bacon in half and criss cross it on the top secure with a tooth pick and bake about 45mins-1 hour.     I am looking for a really good pimento cheese recipe. A lady at church made some really good pimento cheese. I think it had sour cream in it????

    When do Aracauna/Americaunas start laying?

    I have two EE hens and one layes a blue egg and the other green or olive. My blue egg layer started at about 7 months but my green layer just started this month and she is about 1 year old. It was worth the wait to get the green egg.
