The two little ens franco and jemima have different coloured tail feathers from each other and one is dark than other, am i right in thinking i may have a male and female? And i i wan know what they are D: these pics any better to tell from?
Ive only noticed shaking after she had a swim, she stood on the stone when drying out and they were wobbling:( poor lil puddin and they have the proper duck crumbs now and just to get the supplement too tomorrow:)
Haha thanks they are arent they!XD
One of our farmer family friends came over today and he thinks 'bruce' is a female and that one of the other babies is also female and the other male so bruce is now "Flossy" and jemima and franco:')) new lil babies to iyla and reggie:love:love:love:love:love
Im nnot sure as they was a hatch project for the nursey the 2 that look the same had small eggs and bruce had a massive egg along with 2 other big ones but they didnt make it:( we got told they were runners but im not too sure myself-_- the 2 yellow ones are both 3 weeks and bruce is 3/4 days...
Yeah younger, mad isnt it aha, he did have a little struggle getting out tho and took a very long time drying. And ah i didnt know that aha, but i will do that then and get some supplements:))
Also theres not too much poop at the moment but it is bigger and runnier than i remembered:')
So does duck/goose starter crums and pellets have the stuff they need??? Ive only ever used actual duck food as i thought they couldnt have chick crumbs because of what was in there.
I will see what i can get tho to try and help 'bruce' haha (the kids named 'him') and i will keep you updated

Ive just taken them on from the nursery i work at and they had been feeding them chick crums..:/ but i think it should be the type they can have- well i hope! I didnt have this before with my other 2 and these other 2 are fine too, but they are growing really quick!!!
Just took on 3 runner ducklings, 2 are 3 weeks old the other hatched 3/4 days after and came out double rhe size! Ive been watching and noticed he/she gets tired very quickly and so lays down or rest on legs rather than standing on feet.. just wordered if anyone knew why and if its okay??
