Thanks Minniechickmama, not the camera - the earlobe is whitish, especially compared to the other's pink one. I haven't seen any pics of adolescent Minorcas to make any comparisons, but other posters above also think the yellow beak means shes not.

I had an idea to do something like the pvc chicken coop plan pictured above, but most hardware stores do not carry special 4-way or 3-way 90 deg. fittings that they use, they only carry simple 90 deg and t's. I even called a plumbing specialty store and they didn't have them, it looks like...

I contacted the woman I got the chicks from, and she said they came from the Macmurtry Rainbow pack, and could also potentially be a Jersey Giant or Black Minorca. I might have to widen the coop!

Got two australorps aged 10 weeks from someone who had gotten them from mail order chicks. A rooster was already identified in the batch, and I took the two pullets. Now they are about 15 weeks old, and one is definitely going to be a nice round hen, but the other ... I'm starting to worry...
