We have a 15 week old Ameraucana mix rooster (Easter Egger), some have said possibly Favacauna Salmon mix but who knows, he is a pretty boy but we just can not have him due to ordinances. He has been handled daily since a chick and no issues.

It’s hard when you have reptiles. We need to feed mice, rats and buggies of all sorts. We breed the rats and try to at least give them good lives while they are growing. I wish their diet didn’t consist of critters . My daughter would take them all in if she could?

We were pretty sure on sex of Apple, and obviously for Nugget. It’s pretty traumatic for my daughter (she is 20 but is the chicken whisperer). No more chicks for us, even that 20% possibility of mistake in sexing is to upsetting.
