    Hi! No it is bigger but not by much and i have the brooder light hanging in the house and no where to hang outside because of outside cats. The brooder is 14"x24" and the coop is 29"x22" and that would put the light too close if i clamped it. I think i will get out the dog kennel for now...

    i have 4 RR about 4 weeks old in a 35gal. plastic tub with brooder light and would like to move outside. I live in eastern Washington and temps are 60' days and 40's nights. The chicks have been in tub on my dinningroom table since they were bought at the store. I have turned their light off...
