Looks like one of my Silkie pullets around the same age. Their crests can sometimes be tricky and both my white Silkie pullets had very different crests (one was fuller). I thought my girl had "streamers" forming too and she stood taller, but her crest was just filling in :)

Just hatched 5 adorable Silkie x Mille Fleur chicks in the incubator! My Silkie hen has gone broody, no eggs now and and she's claiming my Mille Fleur hen's eggs to hatch lol. Wow tough biz to break broody eh?
