    any tips for chickens that havent started laying yet?

    ok so i should block off that boxes at night and open them up when i open the coop in the morning. should i use a soild wall to block them off so the younger ones cant see it and want to sleep in there? or will chicken wire do just as well to keep them out?

    i got this little BLRW and its about 5-6 weeks old it doesn't have much of a comb but it is starting to get little waddles and its comb area has turned pinkish over the past week, the tail is still really puffy with downy feathers. it's my only wyandotte so i don't have anything else to judge it...

    Just had this happen to one of my chicks from one of the older chickens. i washed it with water and hydrogen peroxide and then got some blu-kote on it. i really hope she turns out okay i feel so bad and responsible :(
