    I have two breeds of chicks, three are Chantix and 4 are silke, I'm worried because the silke seem to be getting pecked at by the bigger chicks! Is this normal??

    Ahh!! I hear my chicks chirping away inside of their eggs!! I went dry for about 12 hours and that seems to have helped with the Bantam eggs. My Silke chicks haven't seemed to have lost any fluid I hope they still hatch! I put water back in incubator so the Bantams don't get shrink wrapped. Ahh...

    I put them in a cardboard carton and it's running dry, hatching isn't due until Wednesday night so hopefully I have enough time!
