My flock of silkies hated the layer pellets and they had to smash each pellet into the ground to crush up before they are it:/ made me feel bad so now all I feed them is the Crumble and I mix some scratch in with it:) they love it. I would say just try different things and whatever your silkies...
Yep he was on there lol I'll be posting him again because i didn't get any responses as to what others think his color may be, I think you're right tho maybe or most likely he'll be a shade of blue lol I love splash! One day I'll have a splash pen:) thank you for your responses:)

Your "blue" chick may be a splash as well and your cream colored one may be a Porcelain...I'm no pro but most all of the chicks I hatch are blue as adults and they do not look like your little one as chicks:] hope that helps :)
