actually I think pics get stolen because people lack the skill or ambition to do their own work ...but that's another topic entirely ...you still have the right to be angry about it My husband is an artist as well as a graphics artist so I know aggravation this issue stirs
I do plan on adding a few Barred Rocks ..and my intentions for a rooster is to maintain a dual purpose flock - thanks for those suggestions! I also do plan on getting my roo as a chick - TY!
Why don't you sue them for stealing your pics? If they have used your pics for financial gain seems like you have a case ...just sayin'. At the very least, tell them to take your pics down - or pay you for them - or threaten to sue them ...that's copyright theft ...even if you don't copyright...

I think Ideal Poultry lets you order as few as 1 of any breed ...they have an order minimum of $25 & shipping is very reasonable. They're out of a lot of chicks right now but will have more in May - July. I have never ordered from them - we just got our first chicks a week ago from Tractor...
yeah - I looked at what I thought was the price of a kWh ...but it was our average daily cost ...so I divide that by the kilowatts we used ...about $0.22 cents a kWh ...that's sounds more like it ...so the light will run us about $1-1.20 a day ...I can deal with that ...but I do feel kinda...
