    Thanks! So far there are 3 EE and 2 black ones? Not sure what they are? The Rooster was a Plymouth Rock, and the Mom was a Production chicken. I have never seen black baby chicks before!

    Well that stinks that feed stores do that! My hubby brought them home to us and we had no clue what they were. We have a Plumoth Rock rooster so it will be interesting what they turn out like and end up laying! We had one that looks like a production chicken also. But her babies were black...
