    now the last chick has hatched how do you clean the hovabator for the next round? take it to the yard and hose it down. how do you disenfect it? i need to get it out of the kitchen because it stinks. yuck!

    Hovabator egg turner

    mine turns constantly. the panphlet that came with it said that it turns very slowly turning the eggs once every 4 hours... hope this helps

    maybe because she is younger? i know i was worried about one but with a chick 24 hours is a long time to get going. they are all just babies, could be just a slow starter.

    here are my babys, they are 6,5 and 4 days old. i got all the eggs from a hen that decided not to sit any more. i had no idea when they would hatch. i couldnt beleive i hatched any on try one. i dont know what breed they are but this is the daddy i left the other 4 eggs in the bator even...
