I use Red Solo Cups. I can use them year after year. Two cups for each. One has a hole in it for drainage into the other, with gravel in it.
I can also start several seeds in one cup, and transplant out easier.
So, my neighbour has a very large coop that I'm tearing down for the wood for my coop, and I get to have everything inside too. It has waterers and feeders in it!! It also has what looks to be an old timer.
Have any of you seen one of these? Assuming it's still operational, would it be any good?
These are my new Bantams. The three on the right are my hens, the one bottom left is a rooster.
Anyways, they're all different, and I'm still learning this breed. Any ideas?
The mostly white hen is very large, but still smaller than our other chickens.

This will be a slower posting build, but I want to get it going! After five years of, as I call them, "False starts", I finally have my own home, land, and a place to build! No more dealing with city bylaws, flip-flopping landlords, moves, etc.
This past weekend, I sold my RV...
