We are going to wait a couple more days to watch her..i will most likely try to soak it again or try to open the mass.

I was unable to soak it long enough to see what was in it. She is acting very strange, thus requiring us to seperate her from the others. The concern is now if she has something contagious..and if so we will need to "put her down"..

The mass is actually right below her breast...

My dad has an ameraucana hen that is about 2 years old and has developed a large mass right below the breast that is poking out externally, is hard to the touch and has a very FOUL smell. Any input to what this could be would be very much appreciated.
