    Do Saxony males not look different until they have adult feathers or can you tell sex as juveniles? As adults do they always have the solid gray head, or is that "breeding season" plumage? Here is mine at about 7 weeks. We can't tell by it's voice.

    Got a swinging partition installed to keep the Runners separate from the older group. Different house, different bedding, same food (at least for awhile). We'll see how it goes tonight.

    When it was smaller it looked more like the Pekins... just yellow fuzz, and that faint stripe at the eye.
