Thanks for all the tips everyone! I really appreciate it Should I be worried about this temp?
Update: Two chicks have hatched and been placed in the brooder.
I placed 4 Japanese Quail Eggs from my Covey into the incubator 16 days ago. Since yesterday 2-3 of the eggs have been pecking away and 1 or 2 of the eggs almost have a pip hole in the top. I opted for the Dry Hatch method.
Does anyone have any recommendations? Should I decrease the temp by...

I can get other people to turn them whilst I am at work etc. Just a trial run the first time round. I'm planning on buying an expensive, auto-turning incubator next year.
I am testing out a dry hatch on 4 fertile eggs from my Quail. I brought a small, cheap Chinese incubator from Amazon.
I put them in at 7AM today, have already turned them twice. I am keeping a written record of turning them so I don't need to mark them.
Yes they are safe. I have given my Japanese Quail Strawberries several times(not that interested). Mine prefer Apples and Lettuce.
Any kind of berries are generally safe. I am growing a Gooseberry Bush/Tree in my Aviary.
I can't find Quail Starter Feed anywhere. I have looked online and visited different shops.
Would Starter Feed designed for Partridges be a good substitute? Must be better than using Starter Feed made for Chickens?
I wouldn't worry too much. I have only had one egg, so far, and I have 4 Hens. The weather can really effect laying even if you are doing everything else right.
