    I have been seeing feathers in and around the coop for the last 3 weeks or so, but no one looked like they were molting. I was gone for 4 days and upon returning home, I see that one of my Buffs has lost a lot of feathers on her neck! I have no roosters and I do not believe the others are...

    Good morning! I have another question that I was unable to find an answer for. I have seen these strange bugs in the straw inside the coop and in the area I keep the straw bale. They look almost like a small roach, but they fly. I clean my coop every day without fail so I don't know why...
