    Thank you, I live in California. How often do they lay eggs is it once a day or more like once a week. I'm really excited to find out if I can have them. I was told a long time ago that I may need a permit but I don't know if that's true.

    I'm going to put in 4 perches too! i just bought all the wood I'm going to need for my 13 girls to live in. I think I'm going to keep my other coop for the girls that need to be treated for scaly leg mites so that they don't infect my new coop!
